As directed by Dr Subhash Kaushik Director General CCRH,The Central Council for Research In Homoeopathy Ministry of AYUSH Government of India New Delhi has participated in the National Arogya AYUSH Conclave Expo Chennai organised at Babuji Memorial Ashram Manapakkam Chennai held from 9.1.26 to 12.1.26.

The National Arogya AYUSH Conclave Expo Chennai was organised by National Ayurveda Students and Youth Association Chennai.

The program was fully funded by the Ministry of AYUSH Government of India.

All the Research Councils and National Institutes under Ministry of AYUSH Government of India were participated in the National Arogya AYUSH Conclave Chennai.

And also the private sector Ayurveda,Siddha Unani and IMCOPS pharmaceuticals were also participated in the Expo.

The National Arogya AYUSH Conclave Expo Chennai program was Inaugurated by the Chief Guest Padmashri Dr Agus Indra Udayana, from Indonesia on 9.1.26 morning by lighting the lamp.

Each year on April 10th, the global homoeopathic community comes together to celebrate World Homoeopathy Day, marking the birth anniversary of the physician and scholar Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann (1755–1843). In 2025, we observe his 270th birth anniversary, paying heartfelt tribute to the founder of one of the most gentle, rational, and holistic systems of medicine—Homoeopathy.

The Visionary behind Homoeopathy:

Dr. Hahnemann was more than a physician—he was a linguist, chemist, philosopher, and reformer. Fluent in over a dozen languages, including English, French, Arabic, Hebrew, and Latin, he translated several scientific works and was deeply committed to intellectual rigor. His guiding principle, instilled by his father, was: “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”

After earning his medical degree in 1779, Hahnemann began to question the harsh and often ineffective medical treatments of his time. In 1784, he made the bold decision to give up his conventional practice. His turning point came while translating Dr. Cullen’s Materia Medica, where he experimented with cinchona bark and discovered a fundamental law of nature- “Similia – Similibus – Curentur” (Let likes be treated by likes).

In 1796, he officially introduced this concept in a medical journal, marking the birth of Homoeopathy. Through self-experimentation, Hahnemann personally proved over 100 remedies and laid the foundation for a system of medicine that emphasizes individualization, minimum doses, and natural healing. He notably stated: “The highest ideal of cure is the rapid, gentle, and permanent restoration of health.”

Homoeopathy: A Living Science:

More than just an alternative to conventional medicine, Homoeopathy challenges both patients and practitioners to think deeply about the true nature of healing. It invites us to ask: Does it heal? Is it comfortable? The system encourages rigorous observation, critical thinking, and open dialogue. It is not just historical; it is a living, evolving discipline.

As Dr. Hahnemann described, the signs of true healing are revealed in a patient’s behavior: increased comfort, inner composure, courage, and a return to natural balance. This philosophy continues to resonate with millions who seek not just treatment, but transformation.

The Journey of Homoeopathy in India:

Homoeopathy made its way to India in 1839. Dr. John Martin Honigberger, a European physician who treated Maharaja Ranjit Singh of Punjab for paralysis of the vocal cords. Honigberger, later known as the “Cholera Doctor,” settled in Calcutta and began practicing homoeopathy, planting the seeds of its growth in the Indian subcontinent.

The Calcutta Homoeopathic Medical College became the first institution to formally teach this system in India. Over a period of time, homoeopathy expanded all over the country, involving both the public and the medical fraternity. Today, India is recognized as one of the global leaders in homoeopathic education, research, and practice.

Global Recognition and Current Status:

Homoeopathy is now practiced around in 80 countries, with legal recognition in 42 nations. In 28 countries, it is acknowledged as a part of complementary and alternative medicine.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes Homoeopathy as one of the most widely used systems of Traditional and Complementary Medicine.

In India, it is an officially recognized system of medicine supported by the Ministry of AYUSH and playing a vital role in public health, in rural and underserved areas as well as in urban areas.

Muttukadu has celebrated the National Sports Day 2025 as directed by the Director General Central Council
for Research In Homoeopathy Ministry of AYUSH Govt of India New Delhi.
The National Sports Day 2025 events has to be w Conducted from 29.8.2025 to 31.8.25 .
The National Sports Day will be celebrated on every year on 29 th August, which is the bith anniversary of
Late Shri Major Dhyan Chand a legend in the Indian Hockey and participated in the 1928,1932,and 1936
Olympics and won the Gold medals to India and became the Champion.
In Commemorating the Birth Anniversary Govt of India declared it as National Sports Day and celebrating
every year.

The theme of the year for National Sports Day 2025 is Khelega Ek Ghanta Maidan Mein. Har gali Har Maidan
Khile Sara Hindustan.

The HRID Chennai celebrated the National Sports Day event with great spirit and enthusiasm. FIT INDIA PLEDGE
was take by the All the Officers and staff of HRID Chennai read by the Officer Incharge. Various
Indoor and outdoor games were conducted, and competitions were held for the Officers and staff of HRID Chennai.

On 20.8.23 morning, Sairam Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Centre Tambaram has opened Sairam Homoeo Clinic an OPD Centre At 8/51 1st Floor Kollachery, Centre Kundrathur Poonamalle High Road Chennai.

This program was organized by Prof.R.Vijayanand, Deputy Director Research and Development, Sairam Homoeopathic Medical College Tambaram Chennai.

Very low price they are offering the Consultation and Homoeopathic medicines just for Rs99/ only. This facility is no where available. Patients who wants to avail the Homoeopathic treatment for their ailments.
